Eight tips to improve your vibrational frequency

What is the law of vibration? The universal law of vibration is present in your life, in mine, in everyone's and in everything.

Your brain and mine act as a radio transmitter, in that sense, your mental activity -thoughts, feelings and emotions- emits frequency waves which are received by the universe -the unified field, the divine matrix, God, or whatever you want to call it-. It responses to your actions and thoughts with what you daily experience in your life.

 The following factors expose what influences your vibrational frequency whether it is positively or negatively:

 1. Thoughts.

Every thought that you possess emits a frequency towards the Universe, and that frequency returns towards the origin. Therefore, if you have a negative thought of discouragement, sadness, anger, or fear that will come back to you. In the same way, it happens with positive thoughts. That is why it is so important to take care of the quality of your thoughts.

2. Companies.

People around you directly influence your vibrational frequency. If you are next to happy, enthusiastic, positive people, you will also have that vibration. However, if you surround yourself with cursing and pessimistic people, be careful, because they may be altering your frequency and consequently impeding the Law of attraction in your favor .

3. Music.

Music is very powerful and influential. If you only listen to music with messages of death, betrayal, sadness and abandonment, all that will affect your vibration. On the contrary, if you listen music with a positive content, this will be beneficial for your vibration. In the same way, there are also instrumental music and sounds like mantras, classical music, among others, that influence you in a positive way.

4. Television

When you watch programs that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc., your brain understands that as a reality. Therefore, it releases a series of biochemicals in the body, more directly in the cells, causing your vibrational frequency to be altered. Observe content that benefits you, choose what you watch carefully.

 5. Internet

Cyberspace is where people usually spend much of their time; for instance, they are constantly checking social networks. In that kind of spaces, there is a wealth of information with negative content which could be altering our frequency. The good news is that you can select which kind of content you would like to follow so you will be in contact with positive content that will be very beneficial for you.

6. Environment.

Whether at home, at work, or in a disorganized, dirty, ugly environment, your frequency can be affected. Improve what is around you, organize and clean your space, and free yourself from what you do not use. By doing that, you show the Universe that you are ready to receive much more. Take care of what you already have.

7. Power of words.

If you complain or speak badly about things and people, that will affect your vibrational frequency. To maintain a positive frequency, it is essential that you eliminate the habit of complaining and judging others. Avoid making dramas and do not victimize yourself. On the other hand, if the words you use are usually beautiful, have positive affirmations and also print an emotional positive charge, these will be key to your vibrational frequency to be positive and high. You will be creating positive realities.

8. Gratitude.

Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency, that is a habit that you should incorporate in your life. Start to thank for everything you have, for the good and bad things, and for all the experiences you have been through. Gratitude opens the doors for good things and to flow positively in your life.
