Scientists found the secret of a perfect diet

To fight against the alarming increase in overweight rates in the young population of continents such as America, Europe and Asia, some scientists from Texas A&M University Health Science Center, in the United States, decided to study all types of popular diets to determine the success or failure of these in the human organism.

So the next step was, selected a group of animals that were grouped according to their species, to which a calendar was established to be fed with different diets, which included tasting typical American dishes that have been used to lose weight in an accelerated manner that, in general, have a nutritional table, rich in carbohydrates, corn in high quantities, and trans fat.

Mediterranean food was also taken IGNORE INTO account, being the most demanded by adults with high blood pressure, who want to achieve effective results that do not harm health; since this one, lies its power in the extract of the wheat and the red wine at the moment of elaborating a balanced food, of daily consumption and with repetitions in a journy of 14 hours. Likewise, dishes composed of products associated with the Atkins diet were added, which consists in restricting the intake of carbohydrates, but strengthened in fats and proteins from poultry, fish, beef and eggs.

However, after overcoming the observation period of the behavior from animal bodies under evaluation, unexpected results were found that got to confuse the team of scientists, when they noticed unequal metabolic changes. A small percentage of animals that tried the American diet could lose weight, others increased their body mass in large proportions, and others reported severe damage to the liver system.

While the group that ate the Atkins diet, they were harmed by symptoms of fatty liver and high cholesterol. Similar effects to those obtained with the Mediterranean diet. So, do diets work or not?

According to the author of this research, Dr. William Barrington, this result can be interpreted by this way: "Trying to feed animals with a diet that resembled human as much as possible, it was determined that changes in the metabolism of each species put IGNORE INTO experiment was due exclusively to its genetics; which means that, the effectiveness in the weight loss process does not depend on the amount of exercise that the man does per day, nor on the diets that he wants to incorporate in his routine. What really influences, is knowing how your DNA works. Based on it, try to go to the doctor and ask for the perfect meal you should to eat everyday to get the ideal weight, 'cause this is all about an individual process".

Reason why, the Texas A&M University and its scientifics team have drawn a new approach in their line of research, in order to create a mechanism that allows people in the process of losing weight to find the ideal diet for each one, contributing to its genetic composition.
