Billie Eilish Talks About Her Life

Billie recently chatted with The Late Show host Stephen Colbert about her Apple TV + documentary "The World's A Little Blurry." During the interview, she talked about her fans and what she hopes they will take away from any experience with her, saying, "I wanted to be the artist that I would like to be a fan of."

Billie also admitted in her documentary that she does not consider her fans "fans," but a real part of her. With that said, she explained to Colbert that her worst nightmare is a fan leaving having a bad experience, either by meeting her in person or by attending her shows.

The five Grammy Award-winning-singer went on to explain that she wants everyone who comes in contact with her to feel good and comfortable. She also became vulnerable from the feeling of not being enough with her fans when she has a bad day, but at the same time, she feels the pressure to give too much.

She added that artists could never have a "bad time," explaining, "It doesn't matter what you're thinking or feeling or what you just went through." Stephen ended Billie's sentiment by saying, "your worst moment is their best moment," referring to the haters.

Even if there are days when she doesn't feel like taking pictures with fans, she always agrees to do it because Billie is aware of how much that moment can mean to her fans.

No matter what, she emphasized how vital it is to remain authentic with her fans, as many will come to see in the upcoming documentary, which shows the last three years of her life as a talented teenager turned global superstar.

As she talked about what fans can expect, Billie joked that there were even some parts that she couldn't believe she was showing the world. Not to mention that part of last year's quarantine will be in the documentary, as she was forced to cancel her "Where Do We Go?" tour after performing just three shows last March.

However, she revealed that she was grateful for having so much free time to complete her long-awaited second studio album. As for what fans can expect, Colbert asked if Billie dropped her voice and sang some flutes on the new project, to which she laughed and replied, "there are a couple of moments on this album where I do some tricks. It's really just about how I feel sounds good."

Although it's not confirmed when fans can expect Billie's next album, the world will get a little less blurry on February 26 when her documentary is available to stream on Apple TV +.
