The unfortunate news in Colombia does not stop. On the night of September 8, a citizen of Bogotá, Javier Ordóñez, was killed at the hands of the police for the exaggerated use of a taser weapon . On the night of September 9, there were clashes between the police and citizens who came out to protest in almost 70% of the CAIs in the city of Bogotá. Celebrities, like much of the public, have been lamenting systematic police violence this week. Salsa is undoubtedly in mourning for one of its greatest influencers and, once again, the sadness in Colombia does not stop.
