Recently, the prestigious American magazine Sports Illustrated developed a list that highlights the 50 athletes, 25 men and 25 more women, with the best physical conditions of the world.

To develop this list, the magazine brought together performance experts and exercise physiologists such as Michael Joyner, David Hesse, Christopher Lundstrom, Roy Holmes, and Sue Falsone. These evaluated, during a year, a series of parameters between which the risks and the demands of the different sports are included, such as the type of training and aspects like the speed, the flexibility, and the power.
