The separation of Gerard Piqué and Shakira would face a new chapter after an alleged breach by the footballer of one of the premarital agreements. Although the negotiation of the custody of the children is still continuing, another new legal problem would have come to light.

The legal matter is a premarital clause that, according to a source told Telecinco's Socialite, prohibited the parties from presenting a new partner during the year after the definitive breakup. "Shakira is very angry to see the father of her children with her girlfriend in public," says a confidant close to the Colombian family.

On August 19, the Spaniard was seen showing signs of affection to his new partner at a Dani Martin concert. This is Clara Chía Marti, a 23-year-old public relations student who works for Kosmos, a company that the athlete owns.
