The last days, Venezuela has lived a few days of tension and, both official and opposition, have left to march in the different cities of the country
Weeks ago, Juan Guaidó had made a public call to the opposition to go for May 1 on the occasion of International Workers' Day. However, the mobilizations were advanced from the previous day, April 30, when Leopoldo López was released from detention with the help of Guaidó and agents of the Armed Forces.

On the night of April 30, after a day of high tension, interim president Guaidó uploaded a video to his social networks inviting the Venezuelans to continue fighting against the Nicolás Maduro regime.
The day passed with thousands of Venezuelans walking in the streets, both the militants of the government and the opposition. During the two days, attacks with tear gas from the Bolivarian National Guard against the demonstrators were reported. Everything that happened in the previous days is based on what the opposition has called Operation Freedom, which began with the liberation of political leader Leopoldo López. The great mobilization has been given with the hope that every day, more members of the Armed Forces will continue to move away from the Maduro regime. According to the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas, "at least three media outlets were taken off the air, and 14 journalists were shot, beaten or robbed, among other aggressions, while they were carrying out their work." Besides, they leave several questions about the truth of what happens internally and politically.
