The awards season has officially started and with it, we will have a series of red carpets week by week. Although, unlike movie and television stars, we may not dress so often, the red carpets of the awards do give clues about the trends that will be taken the year in colors, fabrics, and textures. Here are our favorites of the evening.
Zendaya
Without a doubt, the most commented look of the night was that of actress Zendaya, who wore a design by Tom Ford. It is a two-piece dress: a light skirt and a bright asymmetric crop top. Both pieces were fuchsia, as were her shoes. She looked stunning with light makeup and thin braids that fell from the back to the waist.
Anne Hathaway
Anne Hathaway was another favorite. It is known that the actress has just given birth and that has not prevented her from looking radiant at the Critics' Choice gala. She wore a golden dress with a deep neckline and prominent sleeves. She also wore asymmetric jewelry: an earring longer than another. As an accessory: a small metallic geometric bag.

Charlize Theron
Charlize Theron is an example of how to be elegant and sophisticated without much effort. The deep necklines will be a trend again, so the actress wore a silver dress with this cut that adorned with a long chain to the chest. She also wore a tuxedo blazer that printed something casual to the look but without diminishing elegance. Very successful.
Andrew Scott
It is evident that fuchsia colors combined with metallic reds are a trend. Men are not far behind, as there seems to be more permission and flexibility in men's clothing, which was once only black and dark blue. Andrew Scott wore this Berluti design for his winter collection and knew how to do it very well. Risky and successful.
Laura Dern
Actress Laura Dern wore a fresh orange-yellow dress. It is a design by Emilia Wickstead that gave freshness and color to the Critics' Choice carpet. With a high neck and bare shoulders, this design looks perfect to give the actress an elegant and cheerful look.
