Women in Charge of Technological Platforms and Their Challenges in This Pandemic
It was very negative things from COVID-19 that marked 2020, but it was also an opportunity for women to demonstrate that they are taking on challenges and new and vital roles in society.

Women have played a vital role in the advancement of technology and computing. Many years ago, it was unthinkable that women perform some functions and carry out some tasks as they do today.
2020 was an exceptional and essential year. Women start having good opportunities to make different things necessary to the development and evolution of the world. Education is one of these crucial things that, with women's inclusion, is winning and improving the level and being so much richer because of the things they contribute.
There are women with significant positions, such as Susan Wojcicki, who is CEO of Youtube; Corie Barry, CEO of Best Buy; and Safra Cats, CEO of Oracle. Examples that motivate many more women to occupy these places and begin to assume functions that are intangible for the growth of education globally.
Education is one of the most influential factors in the advancement and progress of individuals and societies. In addition to providing knowledge, education enriches culture and everything that characterizes us as human beings.

This pandemic and the technology enables women to take on leading roles in teaching and computing. Despite the gap in the technology industry, time is giving women a chance to face new challenges to improve the quality of education mediated by technology.
Incorporating technological tools in education brings benefits that promote knowledge and interaction and efficiency and productivity in the classroom between teachers and our children.
They are critical because it offers different solutions to different approaches to problems. In the current situation conditioned by COVID-19, the distributive and collaborative nature of computing has been reinforced by connecting critical technological infrastructures, allowing remote measurements to take, data to be received, etc. In short, continuing the scientific-technological activity that starts to develop before the pandemic. Thanks to computational platforms, the work carried out by research personnel in any of the facets of human knowledge (Physics, Chemistry, Humanities, etc.) can be opened up to collaboration.
Remote work and education are becoming the new normal. As companies and businesses embrace remote work and more employees desire the flexibility and productivity associated with working from home or anywhere, companies must prepare for the new normal and take advantage of it.
During confinement, more than 70% of the global workforce worked from home, and today more than three-quarters of the worldwide workforce say they want to continue working from home at least once a week when the pandemic ends. That represents a 132% increase over those who did so before COVID-19. These and other findings come from the Global Work from Home Experience Survey, which claims to be the largest post-COVID survey on the topic.
All this information shows us that many processes that we thought would not happen for the time are currently happening. Despite all the bad things that Coronavirus has caused, it also accelerated many other things that help us have a better, more expansive world and achieve development in fundamental life aspects.
Women have more opportunities, are helping in many things that, unfortunately, they didn't do it before. Fortunately, they are facing new challenges in the best ways and having excellent results.
