On November 8, Americans again attend the voting tables to renew Congress. In the middle of the presidential period, certain districts hold mid-term elections, which are often used as a referendum on the government of the day. All the seats in the lower house are renewed and about half of the Senate.
Right now, Joe Biden is playing his governability in Congress. Currently, he has an advantage in the House of Representatives and the Senate. However, in the upper house, the advantage is minimal and in controversial projects, a faithful majority will be necessary to guarantee their approval.

With all this at stake, Latinos (or Hispanics) have a decisive role and will be able to remove relevant congressmen, both Democrats, and Republicans.
In addition to the votes for Congress, other "minor" or local votes for governors, mayors, prosecutors, secretaries, and state referendums are also held.
