1. The Christmas Chronicles

This original Netflix movie premiered in November 2018. It tells the story of two siblings who destroy the sleigh of Santa Claus, played by Kurt Russell, "so they must work all night to save Christmas with Santa himself." This is a film with a different Santa from the one we have seen in other Christmas movies, as well as with "eight little reindeer" and "two fighters" that will transport you to a magical world full of surprises.

2. A Christmas Prince

If you are a lover of Christmas and romance, then A Christmas Prince is for you. This original Netflix film tells the story of an American journalist named Amber Moore who travels to the small Kingdom of Aldovia to get "the scoop of a handsome prince who is about to be king."

On her trip, Amber will pose as a teacher to enter the castle and get her story about Prince Richard. Without anyone planning it, love will be born in them. You will also see the continuation that came out in 2018, entitled A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding.

3. El Camino Christmas

In 2017, this Christmas movie was premiered by Tim Allen, Jessica Alba, Dax Shepard, Michelle Mylett, and Luke Grimes. It tells the story of "a group of strangers who are trapped in a liquor store during a supposed assault", who begin "to share their secrets and form an unexpected link."

The alleged criminal is a young man who comes to El Camino looking for his father, but on the way he will end up getting IGNORE INTO a mess in which other people will be involved and from which they will try to get out alive.

4. The night before

This film tells the adventures of three inseparable friends from childhood, who decided to end with a "long tradition of wild parties at Christmas", something they have done for 14 years after the death of the parents of one of them.

With Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anthony Mackie, and Seth Rogen as protagonists, The Night Before promises to be a fun comedy film, which was released in 2015.

5. The Grinch

Based on How the Grinch Stole Christmas! by Dr. Seuss, this is a classic Christmas movie that you cannot miss this season.

It premiered in 2000 and tells the story of a grumpy and cynical creature who hates Christmas, played by Jim Carrey, to the point that he will try to ruin this beloved holiday by the inhabitants of Villa Who. In the process you will meet the little Cindy Lou Who, played by Taylor Momsen, who will teach the Grinch the true meaning of Christmas.
