She even says that since she eliminated animal foods from her daily diet, she feels more energetic and has learned to create recipes with ingredients he never imagined.
The important thing, as with all diets, is to be balanced. In this way, there is no healthier diet than the other, as long as the necessary nutrients are consumed.
