The airline we use when traveling is very important, because it ends up giving us a good experience or, on the contrary, a terrible memory. However, the best airline does not always accommodate what we are looking for since it can have very high prices that do not fit our budget.

With this in mind, TripAdvisor evaluated the best airlines based on the class in which the traveler buys their ticket. The page took into account the ratings and comments of the users, who in the end are the ones that know about it from first-hand.

Best airline in first class

The first place in first-class is taken by the Emirates airline. With a total of 57,129 opinions, the airline has a rating of 4 out of 5. This is the third consecutive year that Emirates takes the prize and it is thanks to aspects such as seat comfort, leg room, customer service, the experience onboard, cleaning, food, among others.

Of the more than 57,000 people who have rated the service in first class, more than 33,000 have said that the experience and service are excellent and only 3,000 have said that the airline is horrible.

One of the users said: “magnificent… I highly recommend it. It justifies being called first-class, exceptional service, and luxuries, shower on board, luxury at its best. The food and wine are top-notch, worth it for long-distance flights.”

Best airline in executive class

In executive class, the first place went to Qatar Airways. Like Emirates, it has a rating of 4 out of 5 and it is the third consecutive year that this distinction is carried. On TripAdvisor it has been rated by 27,696 people; Of these, more than 15,000 have said that the service is excellent and only 1,945 have described the airline as horrible.

One user wrote: “For me, the executive class of Qatar is far superior to any other airline. They treat you like you're royalty and nothing you ask for is too much trouble. The service onboard is sensational. The cabin crew is friendly, helpful and seems to make it your priority. The food has an impeccable presentation and is delicious. A wonderful experience! ”

Best airline in Premium Economy

The first position in Premium Economy class was taken by Air New Zealand. This airline has a score of 4.5 out of 5 and 12,656 reviews on TripAdvisor. Like the two previous companies, Air New Zealand takes this recognition for the third consecutive year. Only 500 people have said the service is horrible, while more than 7300 people have rated the airline as excellent.

One client said: “It was my first time on a Premium Economy flight and I'm already addicted. Amazing. It was so luxurious compared to the economy class. I loved the extra space, the improved meals, the priority boarding, the improved headphones, the water bottle and the service, which was impeccable. Ah! I also liked the priority luggage removal. Best airline in economy class

Perhaps the airline that many of us are interested in is this because the plane tickets are not exactly cheap and we want to enjoy a good experience on board. The winner this year was again Singapore Airlines, which had already taken recognition in 2017 and 2018.

The airline has a 4.5 out of 5 rating and has been reviewed by 23,296 people. Of these, 789 have said that the service is horrible and almost 14 thousand people have had an excellent experience aboard a Singapore Airlines plane.
