It smells more and more like Christmas and November is a fundamental part of that. At this time, the different streaming platforms usually prepare interesting premieres as a prelude to the last month of the year, so you should not miss any of the recommendations that we bring you here. Series lover? Are you one of those who prefer a good movie? Looking for a featured documentary? We have it all! Action, drama, fiction, comedy, and a touch of music are present in this edition.

"Narcos: Mexico" (Netflix – November 5)

What will the third season of one of Netflix's drug series par excellence bring us? After the arrest of Félix Gallardo, things will get much more violent in this criminal world. The war against drug trafficking will intensify and the cartels that became independent will fight to survive the political upheaval, not to mention that there will be an emergence of new Mexican bosses. Two of the new additions to the cast are Luis Gerardo Méndez and Bad Bunny; the first as a police officer who will be involved in a series of murders, while the second as a member of the Narco Juniors gang named Arturo “Kitty” Páez.

"The Shrink Next Door" (Apple TV + – November 12)

Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd come together in a miniseries as dramatic and dark as it is full of life and humor. One of the highlights of Apple TV + for the end of the year is based on a podcast of the same title and that has been inspired by real events, so the result is expected to be a resounding success. Here we will see how the relationship between businessman Martin Markowitz and his psychologist Isaac Herschkopf begins to grow by leaps and bounds thanks to the good results of therapy.

"Red Notice" (Netflix – November 12)

Netflix's highest budget movie finally hits the platform. Very rarely do you have the opportunity to see figures like Gal Gadot, Ryan Reynolds, and Dwayne Johnson in the same story, something that director Rawson Marshall Thurber managed to do for his most recent production. Action, comedy, and suspense will flood the screen in a plot that will have an FBI agent on the hunt for two criminals after a global alert issued by Interpol. However, things will take an unexpected turn when the three of them meet in the same place.

"The Wheel of Time" (Amazon Prime Video – November 19)

Amazon has tried to turn this production into the new epic fantasy series for the next few years. Based on the Robert Jordan novels of the same name, this plot introduces us to several characters. Moiraine (Rosamund Pike) a magician who belongs to a powerful organization and whose objective is to guide five young people on a trip around the world to discover the mysteries of a prophecy, stands out. This epic tale has already been renewed for a second season.

"King Richard" (HBO Max – November 19)

Behind every great athlete, there is a person who has given everything to help him get where he is. This dramatic biographical film was made under this premise, which follows the beginnings in the world of tennis of Venus and Serena Williams, two athletes who had to make an effort to demonstrate their talent on the courts despite living in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in The Angels. Here we will follow the sacrifice, the vision, and the unconventional methods of the fundamental pillar of the sisters: their father, Richard Williams. The film stars Will Smith and is directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green.

"Hawkeye" (Disney + – November 24)

Continuing with the line of Marvel premieres on the Disney + platform, this time it will be the turn of one of the most underrated Avengers: Hawkeye. Once again, actor Jeremy Renner will play this superhero after the events of "Endgame." Clint Barton will have his last adventures when facing enemies from his past, however, on the way, he will meet Kate Bishop, a young and talented archer who will be trained by him to become the new heroine and future new Hawkeye.

"The Beatles: Get Back" (Disney + – November 25, 26 and 27)

This musical is brought to us by Disney + together with the direction of Peter Jackson. It is a documentary divided into three episodes where we will witness the making of the album "Let it be" by the mythical British rock band. For this, the New Zealand director had access to more than 55 hours of unpublished material and 140 hours of audio recordings, content that reconstructs the documentary that director Michael Lindsay-Hogg captured in 1970 to show the good atmosphere that existed between John Lennon , Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.

"Annette" (MUBI – November 26)

The opening film at this year's Cannes Film Festival comes exclusively to MUBI. The film is a mix between drama and musical that follows the story of Henry (Adam Driver) and Ann (Marion Cotillard), a couple linked to show business and who are often the center of attention for their glamorous lives. Everything will suddenly begin to change when their first daughter Annete is born, whose destiny is marked by the mysterious and exceptional.
