Recently a study called "Work From Home Becoming Necessity" by Alexander Besant suggests that working from home benefits women workers by saving time and money. The analysis showed that 70% of hires provide work opportunities at home. In addition, 82% of working professionals want to work from home one day a week, and 57% would like to work three or more days. According to LinkedIn, remote work is a trend with a great boom in the United States.

A two-year study by Great Place to Work of more than 800,000 employees at Fortune 500 companies reveals that only 5% of Americans worked from home before the pandemic. However, in 2020 that figure increased significantly to more than 60%. Great Place to Work conducted surveys of 715 organizations with approximately 3 million people, examined more than 800,000 responses, and concluded that people are willing to go the extra mile to stay on the job. In addition, they try to adapt quickly to the company's transformations to maintain the productivity and well-being of workers.
The Future of Work Report by Adam Holtby
Recently, Adam Holtby, Principal Analyst, Digital Workplace, Omdia, and author of The Future of Work report, revealed that the COVID-19 health crisis changed technology priorities. Among them, 58% is cybersecurity, 55% hybrid work, and 49% the optimization of worker empowerment.

A report called "The Future Of Work Is Now: Build Resiliency And Adaptability With Automation And AI" by Forrester Consulting revealed that nearly two-thirds of the companies surveyed believe that advances in digital transformation will significantly disrupt the workforce over the next five years. In addition, the analysis considers that companies have had to learn resilience in business continuity, distribution of work, migration to the cloud, and profitability, all this in a short time.
Forrester Consulting considers that the advances surveyed are 80% and that the workforce of tomorrow emerges as a radical transformation. In addition, it suggests that automated processes can replace minor tasks.
