In recent days the emergency due to climate change has been the most important news around the world. This happened due to the most recent report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), in which experts warn about the consequences of climate change that are already considered irreversible. Everything seems to indicate that, what until now were mere assumptions about the future of planet Earth and consequently the human race, today are facts that we are already beginning to see. Just look at that 2020 tied with 2016 for the hottest year in human history.

The previous version of this report was published in 2013, and since then the evidence that corroborates the environmental damage caused by climate change has increased considerably. Based on the review of more than 14,000 scientific articles focused on the consequences of the climate crisis, the report carefully summarizes those changes that no longer have a turning back and gives a panorama of a future in which humans will have to adapt quickly to be able to survive. One of the most popular statements is that these future changes are not 100 years from now, but 30, and even 10 years from now.
