The Jonas Brothers boy band announced their return with their new single "Sucker", in whose video their couples are shown. Here everything you need to know about the band
A few days ago Kevin, Joe, and Nick announced that the band composed of the three, Jonas Brothers, would make a historic comeback this year and released their first single after six years of silence. "Sucker", the new song, is about the admiration that each one feels for their partner, as they say: "I'm a sucker for you, yeah/ Any road you take, you know that you'll find me". In the new single's video appears each one of their couples: reality star Danielle Jonas, Kevin's wife; actress Sophie Turner, Joe's fiancée; and Priyanka Chopra, Nick's wife. Set in a palace, the video shows the brothers and their partners having a good time among many luxuries. "Sucker" was released at the end of February.

Who are the Jonas Brothers?
Kevin, Joe, and Nick put the band together back in 2005 when they were 17, 15 and 12 years old respectively. Now, married and committed, with 31, 29 and 26 years old they are back to the stage. In 2008, they achieved fame with the Disney Camp Rock musical film, in which they performed with the also Disney girl Demi Lovato, who at the time was 15 years old. At first, the Jonas Brothers had a clean image of children raised in a Christian family in New Jersey, well behaved Disney teen stars who wore chastity rings and were judicious and upright children.
The Jonas Brothers now
Unlike the rest of Disney's teenage stars like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Selena Gomez, the Jonas Brothers have not been able to get rid of the image they originally promoted as good children. While the female singers easily got rid of their image as well-behaved girls by quickly starting to make music in which their sexuality was more evident, the Jonas Brothers are still promoting an image of good guys. This could have to do with the fact that their female colleagues did not stop their musical career at any time: they all grew to the rhythm of their audience, so they became sexualized as their audience did, they went from being girls to adults while their fans went through the same process.
The Jonas Brothers, on the other hand, split up in 2013 due to a "deep distancing" of their members. Their last single was "First Time", released in 2013. Now, six years later, they return with the image of young adults committed to their couples: an update of the figure of good children that they had before. In these six years each one advanced in his love and professional life. While Nick and Joe pursued a solo career, never as successful as they had in a group, Kevin opened an estate agency and starred in the reality show Married with Jonas along with his wife Danielle Jonas. Last December Nick married Indian Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, ten years older than him, in a lavish wedding that united the two cultures. Joe, for his part, is engaged to British actress Sophie Turner, Samsa on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones.
In the "Carpool Karaoke" section of the British talk show The Late Late Show with James Corden the three brothers made several confessions. They talked about the chastity rings they had acquired when they were still very young, promising to "wait for the right person" before having sex. They confessed that when they became teenagers they began to doubt the ring of purity and that Kevin was the first to take it off. They also talked about Nick being the reason they separated in 2013, but that he was the one who joined them again. Now they expect their new single to reach their old fans that are now adults.
