A simple cold after contacting a person recently returned from Hong Kong triggers a terrible epidemic that ends up causing chaos around the world, as health authorities fight against the clock to stop the virus baptized MEV-1. Seeing the presence of an Ebola-like virus in Africa, the United States Army devastates a camp in Zaire where the dreaded virus begins to become deadly, killing the population. Their main fear is to find other humans on their way that could infect them. Their only objective is to escape from a deadly virus that could end all humanity and avoid any contact with other human beings.
