Leer en español: Funciones que cada servicio de suscripción hace mejor que Netflix
Netflix is the most popular subscription service in the world, but that doesn't mean it's the best. Last week it took a major hit to its share value, when it announced it would allow ads and begin cracking down on accounts that share its passwords.

Today in LatinAmerican post we want to show you some of the things that other streaming services do better than Netflix.
Disney Plus- Accessibility.
One of the factors that most influences the ability of people with disabilities to access entertainment is the accessibility of content. Most streaming services make their content accessible through audio descriptions and the use of close captions.
Well, it turns out that Disney beats Netflix in this regard. A 2021 study by contact lens company Lensstore found that only 25.4% of Netflix shows have audio description, 1,623 out of 6,393.
On the other hand, things are very different on the Disney Plus side. On the platform of Mickey Mouse, 680 of 1,100 shows have audio description, a percentage of 62.6%. It is a much more favorable number for people who have relatives with disabilities.

Amazon Prime – Extra Benefits
Although Amazon Prime Video doesn't quite match Netflix's heels in terms of content, it does offer additional benefits that make it very attractive to people who use Amazon as such. The Amazon Prime bundle includes benefits like the ability to rent books from a Kindle library, watch Prime video ad-free, listen to music from Prime Music, a free subscription to Twitch Prime, and access to additional discounts in the Amazon store. It's hard to compete with Jeff Bezos in this department.
Amazon also has some extra features for people who enjoy cinema and movies. For example, you can see the name of the actors that participate in each scene by pausing the video and also the music that is playing at that moment.
HBO – The cinema in your home
Netflix has always been the alternative to traditional cinema and it is for this reason that its exclusives are seen, for the most part, on the small screen. In this sense, streaming services that can bring movies that are in theaters to your home become very attractive, especially in times of pandemic. Although Disney does this practice constantly, we must also highlight the excellent work that HBO does. The Batman, Elvis, Salem's Lot, Black Adam, Fantastic Beasts, Dumbledore's Secrets and others are on the HBO platform.
