To carry out this study, the CIES analyzed the average success of the players in this kind of plays, the number of minutes in which they carry out these actions and the level of rivals that these soccer players constantly face. These three items were crucial in defining the best dribblers in the world today.

In this list and to everyone's surprise, the CIES highlights several Latin American soccer players, who are always recognized for their qualities and abilities to generate new plays of this nature.
Colombian Lead
One of the big surprises in this ranking is the appearance of CSKA Moscow midfielder Jorge Carrascal. The Colombian midfielder took first place in this list, an aspect that makes him the best dribbler in the world. According to the CIES, the athlete has an average success in these plays of 68.8%.
