After positioning as one of the most used transport apps and unleash countless controversies in different countries, Uber announces a new market line that it plans to cover. Uber Works will connect employees with employers for temporary workers.

The app will allow employees related to cleaning, bars, and warehouses, to find work shifts and to acquire salary rates.
What does the app offer?
The user can find the working conditions, the location where he will perform the task and the salary for doing it. In addition, they may keep a record of the hours worked, as well as those of rest.

According to the BBC, the app will initially be available only in Chicago. At the moment, it is not available in other parts of the world.
Uber Works announced that it will partner with employment agencies in Chicago that offers salary benefits. In this way, it would prevent a wave of criticism about the lack of conditions for temporary workers.
When is it released?
The app has been running for the last year in Chicago. Officially, Uber Works was launched on October 4.
