The Polar Express

Directed by Robert Zemeckis, starring Tom Hanks, Daryl Sabara, Eddie Deezen, Michael Jeter, and Nona Gaye. The Polar Express is based on a children's book by Chris Van Allsburg, which tells the story of a young boy who's about eight years old and he's on the verge of losing his faith in Santa. The Polar Express arrives, and he has one last chance to reaffirm his belief in Santa, the North Pole, and the spirit of Christmas. A beautifully animated film to enjoy with the family.

Last Christmas

The movie has a great prestige behind it, thanks to its fantastic cast. It stars Emilia Clarke, who is well-known for her role of Daenerys Targaryen in the acclaimed HBO series "Game of Thrones." Her love interest in the film is Tom, played by Henry Golding. The story's set in London in 2017 and centers on Kate, Emilia Clarke's character, who is recovering from an illness. Kate works as an elf in Central London, and her dream is to become a singer. This romance movie is a perfect film to watch with your partner or your best friend.

The Grinch

The newest version of the Grinch was a hit at the box office. It raked in 66 million dollars its first weekend, making it the biggest opening for any Christmas movie ever, breaking the record set by the live-action version of the story "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" 20 years ago starring Jim Carrey. The 2000's film was a remake of the 1966 TV special with the same name as the movie with the comedian. The character design of the newest Grinch is pretty novel. In contrast, the new Grinch is cute. It's very entertaining a classical to watch and get cozy.

Holidate

Holidate is a Netflix romantic comedy starring Emma Roberts. The story centers on Sloane and Jackson, a young single couple who hate Christmas parties because, in each of them, they end up sitting at the children's table or on awkward dates that their relatives prepare for them. For that reason, this pair of friends will end up making a pact, which consists of one pretending to be the other's ideal partner on every festive occasion throughout the year, and thus no longer be bothered by their families. At first, everything will seem to go according to plan. However, this curious deal could lead to something else.
