UEFA recently announced the names of the 50 players under 21 who promise good results this year. The list includes four Latin American players and from LatinAmerican Post we show you who they are.
Domilson Cordeiro dos Santos 'Dodô'
This Brazilian player is 21 years old and plays as right back for Shakhtar Donetsk, of the first division of the Ukrainian League. During the 2018/2019 season he played on loan for Vitória Guimarães, of the Portuguese League. According to TransferMarkt, its value currently amounts to 4 million euros; and has stood out for participating in the selection of Brazil Under-17 and Under-20.
During his time in the Champions League he played five games, where he scored a goal and made two goal passes. His return to the Ukrainian team felt good, because according to UEFA, "since his return in the summer, he has had more participation, starting regularly in the UEFA Champions League."
Diego Lainez
The Mexican soccer player is 19 years old and already plays in the first division of the Spanish league. The player began his football career at Club América and since his debut, in 2017, has appeared in different lists of important media such as The Sun or The Guardian, highlighting his good abilities in football despite his young age.
Within UEFA's reasons for taking it into account during this year, it is highlighted that “the player became the most expensive signing of a Mexican club for European football when he arrived at Betis in January, the midfielder has a wide range of passes ”.

Gabrielle Martinelli
The Brazilian of only 18 years is a revolution in the world of football. It is not far behind big names like Ansu Fati, star of Barcelona, or João Félix, winner of the Golden Boy award that rewards young talents. Martinelli debuted in 2018 in the Brazilian team Ituano, and then went to Arsenal.
