Latin Billboards 2020
This Wednesday, October 21, the Latin Billboards took place in the state of Florida, in the United States. This award takes place six months after its original programming date. As expected, reggaeton and Latin pop commanded the show at the awards: Bad Bunny and Daddy Yankee were the most awarded artists, and among the presentations were Maluma, Wisin and Yandel, Reik, among others.
Armando Manzanero surprised us with his presence, a relevant figure in Latin American song, who received a special award and was among the contemporary groups that today award the Latin Billboard awards.
Jared Leto will be the Joker again
We already thought of Joaquín Phoenix as the new Joker, but the truth is that the return of an old one is coming. This is Jared Leto, who played him in the movie Suicide Squad and who now returns to continue playing the Joker in the new Justice League cut that Zack Snyder is currently preparing. The announcement was made this week by the Hollywood Reporter, which also states that the actor and singer is already filming his scenes for the film that will be released next year on the HBO MAX platform.
Paul McCartney announces new album
This week through a statement on his website and social networks, the former Beatle announced that he will release a new album, Paul McCartney III, which is part of his trilogy that consists of the first installment (from 1970) and the second (1980). Now, fifty years after the first installment, McCartney closes this three-disc cycle. The special thing about the latter is that he recorded everything by himself in his studio during the quarantine of this year. The release date is December 11 and fans of this British veteran can't wait.

Euphoria will premiere two special chapters
Euphoria is back! While filming for the second season has been postponed several times due to the coronavirus health crisis, the hit HBO series is not giving up. So its protagonist, actress Zendaya, announced through her social networks this week that HBO is preparing two special episodes for us to watch as the recording of the second season resumes. These episodes will premiere in December through the HBO platform and will continue with the narrative line of the first season.
Ma Rainey's Black Bottom trailer debuts
This week Netflix also released the trailer for Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, a film that will be released on December 18. The film portrays the tensions between Ma Rainey, the mother of blues, played by Viola Davis, her ambitious trumpeter, played by Chadwick Boseman, who recently died and is also remembered for his role as the superhero Black Panther, and the white administration of their record company. It is set in Chicago in 1927 and it will surely be very much seen by all of us who mourn the loss of this young actor who makes a very neat performance here.
