“I am a traveling juggler. I’ve been entertaining people around the world for 15 years, and in the process, I get to know different cultures,” Lopez explained during a brief break between his shows. Angelo arrived in Tbilisi a month ago, and his performances have quickly become a local favorite.

Mamuka, a local driver, shared his admiration for the juggler. ‘I often drive through this intersection. Mamuka noted that while he previously associated Colombia with famous footballers like Carlos Valderrama or René Higuita, he now also thinks of the cheerful Colombian juggler. Angelo’s modest earnings from his street performances are enough to cover his accommodation and food expenses, allowing him to save for future travels.

“The people here are kind. Most drivers thank me for making their wait at the traffic lights more enjoyable,” Angelo said. His immediate plans include staying in Georgia for another month before traveling to Turkey and then to various European countries with his girlfriend.
