Online resources as part of the teaching began to move in mobile platforms to mediate the teaching and learning dynamics in a certain way, both in virtual classrooms and in traditional ones.

In 2020, many educational centers closed their doors as a result of the global pandemic, but immediately, a series of digital tools began to appear, or better to be promoted and spread, to face the negative effects that the virus was beginning to cause COVID-19.

But, as in every threat, there is an opportunity, aspects such as quarantine, motivated people to organize and conceive technology with much more human sense.

For him, filling the classrooms with technology does not mean that the student learns more, but, if it is used at the right and appropriate time when the student needs it: "It transforms learning, transforms education and makes it much more attractive, fun and effective."

In this sense, it is important that governments guarantee Internet access, in order to achieve the best technology in virtual classrooms, face-to-face, and online campuses, especially in situations of this type. For him, the continuous training of teachers is important, in order to promote the entrepreneurial initiative of students and achieve an authentic revolution in education, in accordance with everything that the 21st century brings.

To achieve efficient use of these online educational resources, it is necessary to take into account a series of skills, for example, Blockchain, critical thinking, analysis, design, writing, reading, management of audiovisual tools, innovation, creativity, among others.

It is worth mentioning the case of the Coursera platform, which, according to the Observatory of Educational Innovation at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, captivated more than ten million users, and became a strategy for many professionals to access its courses. Also noteworthy are the free online courses -MOOCs- at this time they became facilitators, or better mediators, to improve professional skills.

As a result of the confinement to which many teachers and students were forced, since last year due to the pandemic, it could be said that the use of digital resources and tools was implemented in a greater and better way, in order to be part of modern, effective, continuous and attractive learning for students in this 21st century.
